Magnetic Card Reader

The entire unit is just 90mm long (about the length of a credit card), giving it the smallest footprint of any unit with comparable features.
Edits and formats data.
The MiniMag is a fully intelligent swipe reader that can be programmed to divide, rearrange, edit, and validate fields of magnetic card data.
Reads magnetic stripes.
The MiniMag reads up to three tracks of information with a single swipe in either direction. Its standard-length slot makes it easy to use. Both beeper* and LED indicators signal a successful read.
Versatile, low cost.
The MiniMag Intelligent Swipe Reader can be used as a free-standing unit, or permanently mounted using the threaded inserts in the bottom of the reader. (The cable can exit through the bottom as well.) TTL, RS-232, keyboard wedge, and USB/Keyboard interfaces are available, as well as a port-powered version that utilizes an RS-232 interface but requires no power supply.
* Beeper not available with port-powered model.
